§ 350-f. Exceptions. Nothing in this article shall apply to any\ntelevision or sound radio broadcasting station or to any publisher or\nprinter of a newspaper, magazine, or other form of printed advertising,\nwho broadcasts, publishes, or prints such advertisement.\n
