§ 340-A — Monies recovered
§ 340-a. Monies recovered. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary,\nall monies recovered or obtained under this article by a state agency or\nstate official or employee acting in their official capacity shall be\nsubject to subdivision eleven of section four of the state finance law.\n
