§ 209-F — Notice of assignment

§ 209-f. Notice of assignment. Upon the assignment of any name\nregistered as provided in this article, a written notice of such\nassignment, subscribed and acknowledged by the assignor, may be filed in\neach public office in which such name is registered, and thereupon the\nassignee named therein shall be deemed to be the proprietor of such name\nfor all purposes of this article.\n
