§ 199-P — Penalties
§ 199-p. Penalties. Any person, firm, corporation, or association or\nagent or employee thereof who violates the provisions of this article\nshall be liable for a civil penalty of not more than one thousand\ndollars for each violation, which shall accrue to the state of New York\nand may be recovered in a civil action brought by the attorney general.\nFor the purposes of this article, the noncompliant sale of each\nzero-emission school bus shall constitute a single violation.\n
