§ 199 — Penalties
§ 199. Penalties. Any person, firm, or corporation violating the\nprovisions of section one hundred ninety-six of this article shall be\nliable in an action brought on behalf of the people of the state of New\nYork in the sum of one thousand dollars for each of such violations.\n
