§ 175. Form and contents of license.
1.Every license shall contain\nthe name of the person licensed, a designation of the city, town or\nvillage, street and number of the place in which the person licensed is\nauthorized to carry on the said employment agency, and the number and\ndate of such license. If the licensee is a corporation, the license\nshall be issued in the name of the corporation and the names of the\npresident and treasurer individually and as officers. All other\nofficers of the corporation and all stockholders of a corporation whose\nstock is not publicly traded holding ten percent or more of the stock of\nsuch corporation shall be deemed licensees.\n 2.
