§ 162. Certain transmission prohibited; method of transmission. No\nsteamship company, express company, or other company and no agent\nthereof, shall receive any money as a depositary. Every such steamship\ncompany, express company, or other company and every agent thereof in\ntransmitting any money received for transmission, shall incorporate in\nthe advice of draft, money order or other instrument by means of which\nsuch money is transmitted a statement showing the amount thereof in\nterms of dollars and cents together with the amount thereof in terms of\nthe money standard of the country to which such money is transmitted.\n
