§ 107. Issue of duplicate warehouse receipt not so marked. A\nwarehouseman, or any officer, agent or servant of a warehouseman, who\nissues or aids in issuing a duplicate or additional negotiable warehouse\nreceipt for goods knowing that a former negotiable warehouse receipt for\nthe same goods or any part of them is outstanding and uncanceled,\nwithout plainly placing upon the face thereof the word "duplicate,"\nshall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
