§ 1022. Disposition of receipts. All receipts of the commission shall\nbe paid into the state treasury, provided, however, that receipts from\nthe tax imposed by article nineteen of the tax law shall be deposited as\nprovided by section one hundred seventy-one-a of the tax law.\n
