§ 15. Annual report of directors. The directors of the corporation\nshall submit to the governor, the state agency designated by him to\nimplement the federal comprehensive health planning and public health\nservices amendments of nineteen hundred sixty-six (Public Law 89-749),\nthe public health council, the mental hygiene council, the commissioners\nof health and the offices of the department of mental hygiene, the\nlegislature, the chairman of the senate finance committee and the\nchairman of the assembly ways and means committee, annually on or before\nOctober first, a full report of its activities and operations through\nthe thirty-first day of the preceding March, including details as to\nprojects in planning, projects in the process of construction,\nacquisition, reconstruction, rehabilitation or improvements, and\nprojects completed, the performance record of the directors in\ncompleting construction in accordance with the desired completion dates\nand within the estimated cost recommended by the governor and approved\nby the legislature, the architects, engineers and other private\nconsultants engaged by the directors of the corporation on a contract\nbasis and a statement of the total amount paid and yet to be paid, or\nestimated yet to be paid, under each such contract, the letting agency\nand successful bidder or bidders for each project, the monies made\navailable for the purposes of the corporation, details as to any lease,\nsublease or agreement executed by the directors of the corporation with\nthe state housing finance agency or the state medical care facilities\nfinance agency, as the case may be, and the annual rentals required to\nbe paid on account thereof, and such other information related to the\nactivities and operation of the corporation as the directors of the\ncorporation may consider pertinent.\n
