§ 814-a. Uniform forms. The chief administrator of the courts, shall\npromulgate appropriate uniform temporary orders of protection and orders\nof protection forms, applicable to proceedings under this article, to be\nused throughout the state. Such forms shall be promulgated and developed\nin a manner to ensure the compatability of such forms with the statewide\ncomputerized registry established pursuant to section two hundred\ntwenty-one-a of the executive law.\n
