§ 752 — Findings

§ 752. Findings. If the allegations of a petition under this article\nare established in accord with part three, the court shall enter an\norder finding that the respondent is a person in need of supervision.\nThe order shall state the grounds for the finding and the facts upon\nwhich it is based.\n
