§ 642 — Rules of court

§ 642. Rules of court. Rules of court, not inconsistent with any\nprovision of article seven of the domestic relations law, may authorize\nthe probation service to interview such persons and obtain such data as\nwill aid the court in determining a petition under that article.\n
