§ 512. Definitions. When used in this article,\n (a) The phrase "child born out of wedlock" refers to a child who is\nbegotten and born out of lawful matrimony.\n (b) The word "child" refers to a child born out of wedlock.\n (c) The word "mother" refers to the mother of a child born out of\nwedlock.\n (d) The word "father" refers to the father of a child born\nout-of-wedlock.\n
