§ 477. Surrender of respondent by surety. A surety may at any time\nsurrender a respondent to the court. The respondent shall thereupon be\ndealt with as provided in the order for support. If the arrears on the\norder for support with interest thereon are paid in full, the court may\nmake an order discharging the surety of any further liability and\ndirecting the return of the balance of the cash on deposit to the person\nentitled thereto.\n
