§ 459. Additional arrears. If a respondent has failed to obey a lawful\norder under this article the party seeking enforcement may amend the\npetition to include any additional arrears which have accrued from the\ncommencement of such enforcement proceeding up to the date of the\nhearing, provided that written notice of the intention to so amend has\nbeen given eight days previously.\n
