Text

§ 441. Order dismissing petition. If the allegations of a petition\nunder this article are not established by competent proof, the court\nshall dismiss the petition. If a neglect petition was filed in the\nsupport proceeding, the court retains jurisdiction over the neglect\npetition whether or not it dismisses the support petition.\n
