Text

§ 417. Child of ceremonial marriage. A child born of parents who at\nany time prior or subsequent to the birth of said child shall have\nentered into a ceremonial marriage shall be deemed the legitimate child\nof both parents for all purposes of this article regardless of the\nvalidity of such marriage.\n
