§ 221. Support collection unit; local probation department.
1.When\nreferred to in this chapter, the support collection unit designated by\nthe appropriate social services district, shall be deemed to refer to\nany support collection unit established by a social services district\npursuant to the provisions of section one hundred eleven-h of the social\nservices law, or to a local public agency, where such agency is\nresponsible for the performance of all the functions of the support\ncollection unit pursuant to an agreement under the provisions of section\none hundred eleven-h of the social services law.\n 2.
