§ 172. Commencement of enforcement and modification proceedings in\nother county. An enforcement or modification proceeding commenced in the\nfamily court in a county other than that in which the order was made is\ncommenced by a petition alleging that fact in addition to the facts\nrequired under this act for enforcement or modification orders. An\noriginal or certified copy of the order sought to be enforced or\nmodified shall be attached to the petition.\n
