§ 1039-a. Procedures following adjournment in contemplation of\ndismissal. The local child protective service shall notify the child's\nattorney of an indicated report of child abuse or maltreatment in which\nthe respondent is a subject of the report or another person named in the\nreport, as such terms are defined in section four hundred twelve of the\nsocial services law, while any order issued pursuant to section one\nthousand thirty-nine or extension thereof remains in effect.\n
