§ 93. Custody of records.
1.The secretary of state shall have the\ncustody of all laws and concurrent resolutions of the legislature, all\ndocuments issued under the great seal, all books, records, deeds,\nparchments, maps and papers deposited or kept in his or her office, and\nshall properly arrange and preserve them.\n 2. The records in the custody of the secretary of state need not be\nretained in the form in which the record is received so long as the\ntechnology used to retain such record results in a permanent record\nwhich may be accurately reproduced during the period for which the\nrecord is required to be retained.
