* § 901. Implementation of services.

1.Services rendered by this\noffice shall be made available without charge, provided that nothing\ncontained herein shall relieve an applicant of any part of existing fees\nor charges established for the review and approval of grant applications\nby the agencies.\n 2. Each state agency involved in the administration of a program grant\nor technical assistance effort designed to improve physical or economic\nconditions of distressed urban areas shall designate an officer or\nemployee to act as program liaison officer to cooperate with and assist\nthe office in carrying out the provisions of this article.\n * NB Expired March 31, 1985\n
