§ 837-q. Payments to Westchester county for policing special parkways.\nThe commissioner of the division of criminal justice services is hereby\nauthorized and directed, pursuant to annual appropriations, to make\npayments to Westchester county for costs associated with policing\nspecial parkways as defined in subdivision two of section seventy of the\ntransportation law.\n
