§ 817. Activities of the United States in the Adirondack park.
1.It\nis hereby declared to be the policy of this state that new land use or\ndevelopment or acquisition of land by the United States within the\nAdirondack park shall conform to the land use and development plan and\nthe master plan for the management of state lands so far as practicable,\nand to any further extent as the Congress of the United States may by\nlaw provide.\n 2. The agency may, upon request of the United States, advise whether\nany particular proposed land use and development or acquisition will\nconform to the land use and development plan or the master plan.\n
