§ 550. Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall\nhave the following meanings:\n 1. "Executive director" shall mean the executive director of the\njustice center for the protection of people with special needs.\n 2. "Mental hygiene facility" shall mean a facility as defined in\nsubdivision six of section 1.03 of the mental hygiene law and facilities\nfor the operation of which an operating certificate is required pursuant\nto article sixteen or thirty-one of the mental hygiene law and including\nfamily care homes. "Mental hygiene facility" also means a secure\ntreatment facility as defined by article ten of the mental hygiene law.\nThis term shall not include services defined in subparagraph four of\nsubdivision (a) of section 16.03 of the mental hygiene law.\n 3
