§ 507-d. Confinement of juvenile delinquents under sentence of the\ncourts of the United States. The directors of secure and limited secure\nfacilities shall receive and safely keep in such facilities, subject to\nthe provisions of this article, any person not over the age of sixteen\nyears convicted of any offense against the United States, and sentenced\nto imprisonment by any court of the United States, sitting within this\nstate, until such sentences be executed, or until such delinquent shall\nbe discharged by due course of law, conditioned upon the United States\nsupporting such delinquent and paying the expenses attendant upon the\nexecution of such sentence.\n
