§ 506. Claims for damage to employees' personal property. Claims for\ndamages to personal property of employees of the division for youth\ncaused by youths in program may be examined, audited and certified for\npayment by the state comptroller. Such claims must be approved by the\ndirector of the division for youth prior to submission to the office of\nthe state comptroller. The payment of any such claim shall not exceed\nthe sum of three hundred fifty dollars.\n
