Text
§ 501-d. Grants or gifts. The director of the division for youth, with\nthe approval of the governor, may accept as agent of the state any\ngrant, including federal grants, or any gift for any of the purposes of\nthis article. Any moneys so received may be expended by the division\nfor youth to effectuate any purpose of this article, subject to the same\nlimitations as to approval of expenditures and audit as are prescribed\nfor state moneys appropriated for the purposes of this article.\n
