§ 490 — Reports to the governor and the legislature
§ 490. Reports to the governor and the legislature. The office shall\nhereafter make an annual report, to be received on or before February\nfirst, to the governor and the legislature concerning the assistance\nactivities undertaken by the office, recommendations for legislative\nproposals, data concerning program activities in rural areas and other\npertinent information which, in the opinion of the director, will\nindicate the activities conducted by the office in the previous year.\n
