§ 403-b. Display of flag in certain parks. Any state park of this\nstate with developed facilities for public use shall display the flag\ndaily in an area where it is viewed by the public. Such display shall be\nin accordance with the rules and customs deemed proper for display\npursuant to section four hundred three of this article.\n
