§ 258 — Physical, mental and psychiatric examinations
§ 258. Physical, mental and psychiatric examinations. Every county is\ncharged with the duty to provide when practicable clinical facilities,\nand to adopt necessary rules for the use therefor, for such physical,\nmental and psychiatric examinations and reports as may be within the\nrequired scope of efficient probation investigation and supervision.\n
