§ 173-b. Professional solicitor.
1.Registration required. No person\nshall act as a professional solicitor in the employ of a professional\nfund raiser required to register pursuant to section one hundred\nseventy-three of this article before he or she has registered with the\nattorney general or after the expiration or cancellation of such\nregistration or any renewal thereof. Application for registration or\nre-registration shall be in writing and signed under penalties for\nperjury in the form prescribed by the attorney general and shall be\naccompanied by a fee in the sum of eighty dollars.
