§ 52-0103. Allocation of moneys.\n The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe environmental quality bond act of nineteen hundred eighty-six shall\nbe expended in the following amounts pursuant to appropriations and as\nspecifically provided for in titles three, seven and nine of this\narticle, and title five of article fifty-four of this chapter:\n 1. For remediation of hazardous waste sites, as set forth in title\nthree of this article and for the closure of municipal landfills, as set\nforth in title five of article fifty-four of this chapter, one billion\ntwo hundred million dollars of which:
(i)up to one hundred million\ndollars shall be made available for state assistance payments toward the\ncost of the closure of municipal landfills, as set forth in
