§ 48-0113. Separability.\n If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this article\nshall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,\nthe judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder\nthereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence,\nparagraph, section or part thereof directly involved in the controversy\nin which the judgment shall have been rendered.\n
