§ 42-0113 — Cooperation of state agencies

§ 42-0113. Cooperation of state agencies.\n To effectuate the purposes of this article, the partnership may\nrequest from any department, board, bureau, commission or other agency\nof the state, and the same are authorized to provide, such cooperation\nand assistance, services and data as will enable the partnership\nproperly to carry out its functions pursuant to this article.\n
