§ 38-0101. Declaration of policy.\n  It is hereby declared to be the policy of the state to protect present\nand future New Yorkers from the dangers inherent in the depletion of the\nworld's ozone layer, by restricting the distribution and sale of\nchlorofluorocarbon compounds as specified herein.\n
