§ 36-0103. Definitions.\n 1. "Area of special flood hazard" means any area subject to a one\npercent or greater chance of flooding in any given year as determined by\nthe federal emergency management agency.\n 2. "Local government with land use jurisdiction" means a city; a town\nas to all areas within such town outside the limits of any village; and\na village.\n 3. "National flood insurance program" means that act of congress\ncodified as chapter fifty of title forty-two of the United States code,\nall acts amendatory thereof and all regulations promulgated thereunder.\n
