§ 35-0103. Definitions.\n The following terms, whenever used or referred to in this article,\nshall have the following meaning unless a different meaning clearly\nappears from the context:\n 1. "Household cleansing product" means any product, including but not\nlimited to soaps and detergents, containing a surfactant as a wetting or\ndirt emulsifying agent and used primarily for domestic or commercial\ncleaning purposes, including but not limited to, the cleansing of\nfabrics, dishes, food utensils and household and commercial premises.\nHousehold cleansing product shall not mean foods, drugs, cosmetics,\ninsecticides, fungicides and rodenticides or cleansing products used\nprimarily in industrial manufacturing, production and assembling\nprocesses as provided by the commissioner by rule
