§ 34-0111 — Severability
§ 34-0111. Severability.\n The provisions of this article shall be severable, and if any clause,\nsentence, paragraph, subdivision or part of this article shall be\nadjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order or\njudgment shall be confined in its operation to the controversy in which\nit was rendered, and shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any\nprovision of any section or the application of any part thereof to any\nother person or circumstance.\n
