§ 25-0601. Severability.\n The provisions of this act shall be severable, and if any clause,\nsentence, paragraph, subdivision or part of this act shall be adjudged\nby any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment\nshall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall\nbe confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph,\nsubdivision or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in\nwhich such judgment shall have been rendered.\n
