§ 23-1305. Procedure for abandoning storage reservoir.\n In connection with the abondonment of any underground storage\nreservoir for which a permit has been granted pursuant to this article\nor in connection with the revocation of any such permit, the department\nshall require the premises to be placed in a condition which, to the\nextent practicable, shall assure the continuance of the same in a\ncondition which does not constitute a menace to the present or future\nhealth or safety of persons, or safety or value of property. In case the\noperator shall fail to put the premises in a satisfactory condition\nprior to any such abondonment or immediately upon revocation of a\npermit, the department may do or cause to be done all things necessary\nto place the premises in satisfactory condit
