§ 22-1070. Activities prohibited.\n No person shall mine for uranium by any method including, but not\nlimited to, drilling, excavation and liquid or chemical extraction.\nNothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit or in any way\nrestrict mining for coal, peat, garnet, marble, granite, or any other\nmaterial which may contain traces of uranium in amounts which are\nuneconomical to extract or remove for commercial and industrial use.\n
