§ 21-1319. Audit.\n Pursuant to subdivision (b) of section 15.11 of the compact, the state\nComptroller is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to\nexamine the accounts and books of the commission, including its\nreceipts, disbursements and other items referring to its financial\nstanding as the Comptroller may deem proper and to report the results of\nsuch examination to the Governor.\n
