§ 21-0111. Inconsistent provisions.\n  No provision of the Public Health Law and no provision of the\nEnvironmental Conservation Law, if such provision of the Environmental\nConservation Law was derived from a provision of the Public Health Law,\nwhich is inconsistent with the provisions of the New England Interstate\nWater Pollution Control Compact shall be applicable to the New England\nInterstate Water Pollution Control Commission or to any matter governed\nby the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Compact.\n
