§ 21-1307. Consent to alteration of diversion.\n 1. Consent of the member from this state to the impairment,\ndiminution, or other adverse effect on diversions, compensating\nreleases, rights, conditions, obligations and provisions for the\nadministration thereof as contemplated by section 3.8 of the compact\nshall not be given, except with the prior approval of the Department of\nEnvironmental Conservation.\n 2. Except with respect to diversions governed by subdivision one of\nthis section the provisions of section 15-1505 of this chapter shall not\napply to any diversion or furnishing of water authorized or made\npursuant to the compact.\n
