§ 21-1303. Member and alternate.\n 1. As provided in section 2.2 of the compact, the Governor or his\ndesignee shall be this state's member on the commission established\nthereby. An officer of the Department of Environmental Conservation\nshall be appointed as the designee if one is appointed. The Governor\nshall appoint an alternate pursuant to section 2.3 of the compact. If\nthe Governor does not appoint a designee to act for him, he shall\nappoint an officer of the Department of Environmental Conservation as\nalternate.\n 2. Any person serving on the Susquehanna river basin commission\npursuant to this section shall be reimbursed for all necessary expenses\nincurred as an incident of such service and such reimbursement shall be\nfrom the funds of said person's department or office.\n
