§ 21-1105. Advisors.\n The Department of Environmental Conservation shall provide an advisory\ncommittee who together with the state Commissioner of Commerce and the\ndirector of the office of regional development shall constitute an\nadvisory committee with whom the members of the interstate commission on\nthe Lake Champlain basin from this state may consult with respect to New\nYork participation in the compact. Such members of the commission may\nalso consult from time to time with other officers of the state\ngovernment or any subdivisions thereof, as may be appropriate.\n
