§ 21-0913. Appraisal of commission.\n On August 15, 1964, and at intervals of four years thereafter, the\nCommissioner of Environmental Conservation shall evaluate the role of\nthe Great Lakes Commission with respect to the interests of this state\nin the Great Lakes, and shall report to the commission thereon. The\nCommissioner of Environmental Conservation shall transmit a copy of such\nreport to the Governor. The Commissioner of Environmental Conservation\nmay make such additional reports to the Great Lakes Commission and the\nGovernor as he deems appropriate.\n
