§ 21-0719. Budget.\n  The Delaware river basin commission shall submit annually to the\nDirector of the Budget, in accordance with the rules and practice of the\nstate, for study and consideration by such Director, an estimate of\nmoneys required to administer, manage and support the commission during\nthe ensuing fiscal year.  Such estimate shall include any request for\nappropriation of funds by New York and shall be accompanied by a\ntabulation of similar requests which the commission expects to make to\neach other member state and the formula or factors upon which such\nrespective requests are based. The provisions of subdivision three of\nsection thirteen of article thirteen of the compact shall apply to the\nbudgetary and other fiscal matters related to the participation of this\nsta
